Rest Assured Respite Charitable Trust is a registered charity looking to provide practical support to those with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and Fibromyalgia (FM).
The aim of the trust is to provide a place of respite for those with the illnesses. In the interim we operate an opshop and offer a Meal Support Programme, Mentor Programme and Craft Group
